  • SHAMPOO

So beauties it is very important to know about your hair type Whether its dry, oily or normal. cause you buy products accordingly. And after you get to know your hair type you have to see how many time you need to wash your hair but you can not wash your hair daily. Wash your hair twice or thrice a week cause shampoo strip the moisture out of your hair quickly. and beauties with dry hair daily head wash is a big no no. And oily hair beauties although your first reaction may be to wash , wash and then wash some more, that is actually the worst thing you can do. Over washing strip away all of your natural hair oil and will cause your hair to over compensate and produce even more oil. Trick is to get your natural hair oil in to balanced state. and look for a shampoo that is designed for daily use ( but still don’t wash your hair daily) as it would be mild for your scalp.

While shampoo your hair you should always massage your scalp in circular motion as this will improve the blood circulation which result in a healthy scalp.

  • CONDITIONING

while applying conditioner always make sure that you are not applying conditioner on the roots or scalp as it will clog your pores which will lead to hair fall. and this two minute mantra will not apply to all hair type. Longer hair or dry hair would need the conditioner to be left long that is for 5 -7 min.

  • HAIR MASK

So its very important to use a hair mask once a week as it will help your scalp to nourish. Its not necessary to use market based hair mask. You can make a hair mask at home with all those natural ingredient which you like for your hair. for example: egg mask or curd pack.

Hair oiling

Hair oiling is really important it has so many surprising benefits. And for that your hair will be thankful to you to later on. It stimulates the scalp circulation, bringing with it oxygen and hair nourishing nutrients, thus promote stronger and healthier hair growth. It removes any toxins that may have accumulate in the scalp by increasing the lymphatic flow. It activates the dormant hair follicles to promote new growth. so oil your hair at least once a week before washing. Choose from almond, coconut or extra virgin oil. Soak a cotton ball in the oil and dab on the scalp, leave for half an hour or over night then wash it off.

When Hair is wet it is especially vulnerable to damage as water weaken the weakest bond within strand of hair removing 1/3 of its strength. If you really cant wait to brush your hair, you should use wide tooth comb. This will cause less damage than regular brush.

HEAT STYLING

Do not over style your hair. Experts recommend using a blow dryer only for special occasions. At the end of your styling session switch to cold air. This close the hair shaft leaving the hair smooth and glossy. and do not forget to use heat protector ever time you heat style your hair. and do not tie your hair tightly and never when its wet, This stretch the hair shaft causing it to break and split.
